We are seeking to appoint a highly ambitious, skilful and self-motivated candidate to join our Senior Leadership Team as Business Manager.
As a member of the Leadership Team, you will provide strategic vision, leadership and advice in the provision of all non-teaching/business management aspects of the school. You will be responsible for all aspects of Finance, Human Resources, Health and Safety, premises, IT and Administration, and ensuring that all arrangements are focused on supporting the development of the school and excellence in the provision of teaching and learning.
You should have a recognised accounting qualification and ideally have experience of working within a school setting. You should have a proven track record in excellent financial control and management and in developing strategic financial plans. You must be able to provide sound financial and commercial advice to the Headteacher to ensure that the school fully utilises its asset base, including the Sports Centre, to maximise income generation within the ethos of the school.
